ESP Variable Speed Drive

◆ HJESP Variable speed drive (VSD) system controls electric submersible pumps with the highest efficiency and reliability. The drive uses scalar or proprietary vector control algorithms to maximize the efficiency of submersible motors. HJESP VSD has a built-in sine wave filter to provide a sine output waveform to downhole equipment;

◆ HJESP VSD uses downhole sensors, wellhead instruments and other digital components and SCADA systems to display, store and manage various production data in real time and transmit them to user terminals through the network. HJESP VSD System Overview

◆ SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) system, that is, data acquisition and monitoring control system.

We apply the SCADA system to the monitoring and control of the operating status of the submersible electric pump unit to realize various functions such as data acquisition, equipment control, measurement, parameter adjustment and signal alarm.

◆ The product has a communication interface, executes TPC/IP or RS485 communication protocol and Modbus RTU protocol, the communication parameter adopts 9600 8 N1, and the data acquisition adopts integer or floating point type to realize remote data such as bottom hole pressure, temperature, flow, vibration and other data transmission.

◆ The system records the real-time data completely, finds the problem based on it, performs fault diagnosis and early warning. And on this basis, the PLC is used to calculate the relevant data and provide it to the manager as a basis for decision-making.

◆ When the operating parameters are abnormal, the system sends a warning message to notify the manager and executes the preset emergency procedure.

◆ The data collected by the underground sensor and the ground module are saved and sent to the remote transmission RTU module. The server receives the remote transmission module data and saves it in the database. The manager browses and queries the data in the database through a mobile phone or PC, and adjusts and controls the parameters of the equipment operation accordingly. Output graphical interface, convenient and intuitive monitoring of the data of the entire system.

◆ Current fluctuation warning, set the standard production current value according to the production situation. Use the minimum current value as the standard production current value. Set the normal fluctuation range of the standard production current value according to the production situation. This value can be set before starting operation or during production.

◆ Personalized programming, HJESP engineers can customize the control program according to customer needs to achieve closed-loop control, deal with gas locks, automatic startup and other functions.
